Here at Doug Taylor Metal Finishing Co, we specialise in copper, nickel, chrome, zinc plating and polishing of most metals. We are a family-run business established in 1981 and our customers come back time and time again to utilise our service, with ALL work carried out on the premises.
Whilst most of the work undertaken is for chrome plating on vehicles and motorcycle parts we are happy to also plate almost any item in either chrome, nickel, zinc, brass, copper, silver or gold.
Electroplating is the coating of an electrically conductive object with a layer of metal using electrical current. The result is a thin, smooth, even coat of metal on the object.
